Hello and thank you for your interest in Artpromote. By using our site ("ArtPromote.com") you are agreeing to the following terms ("Terms of Service").

ArtPromote takes no responsibility and gives no guarantees, warranties or representations, implied or otherwise, for the accuracy, value or other elements relating to the works of art and information found on or linked to by ArtPromote.
Sites linked to from our website are created by people over whom we have no control. We cannot guarantee that sites found through ArtPromote will not contain objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise linked to by ArtPromote.
Adding a Site
"Site" means any URL submitted to ArtPromote to be published on our website, ezine, or newsletter.
Submitting a site does not guarantee that it will be included.
We reserve the right to reject any site for any reason. By submitting a site you are agreeing to the following terms:
Listing Conditions (Includes gallery/directory listings, ezine/newsletter listings, ads, portfolios, and any other listing, link, or ad submitted to ArtPromote.)
1. Site must be art or craft related.
Sites that are not arts related, consist mainly of affiliate links, or are duplicate/mirror sites are not accepted. The main focus of your site must be your original content relating to art, arts and crafts, or goods and/or services specifically designed for artists. The final decision is determined by ArtPromote.
2. Only submit your site once.
You may only submit once. If you already have a listing in the directory you will not receive a second listing in the directory. Repeatedly submitting the same site or sites with the same content is considered spamming and may result in all of your listings being permanently removed.
3. No pornography or links to pornography are on your site.
ArtPromote decides where to draw the line between erotic art and pornography. ArtPromote will make an effort not to list sites that contain material or direct links to material that may be offensive to more sensitive viewers.
4. No products made from animals are on your site. Leather, sea shells, eggs, etc.
ArtPromote will make an effort not to list sites that contain products made from animals.
5. Site must be in English.
Sites that are not in English may be reviewed but are usually not accepted.
6. Site must have reasonable quality.
Your site must be ready and reachable. Your site may be rejected if it takes an unreasonable amount of time to load, has more than one pop up/pop under, contains broken links or broken images, has hidden text, excessively repeated keywords, or other quality problems.
7. You must be 18 years of age.
By submitting any information to this site, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
8. You agree not to abuse our site or services.
Sites that abuse our site or our services will be immediately removed without notice, and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. Abuse includes but is not limited to: Generating false traffic in or out, bandwidth theft, linking to images on our server, submitting multiple urls, and any other type of abuse.
9. We may edit your title and/or description.
By submitting information to us you are giving us permission to edit and publish it on our website. Spelling errors will be corrected, excessive capitalization and punctuation will be removed, exclamation marks will be removed, repeated words and phrases will be removed and other edits may be made at any time. Title suggestions other than the actual title of the site will be changed to what appears to be the actual title. Generic titles will be changed to the domain name or name of the artist, gallery, or business that the site represents.
10. We will place your site in the most appropriate category.
Please browse through the directory and suggest the most appropriate category or categories for your site. We will take these suggestions into consideration when listing your site. The final placement
of your site in the directory will be determined by ArtPromote and is subject to change as the directory grows and changes.
Sponsoring a Category
By sponsoring a category you are agreeing to the following terms:
Purchasing a sponsor ad does not guarantee that it will be published.
We may reject your sponsor ad for any reason. You will be eligible for a full refund if your sponsor ad is not published and you request a refund within 30 days. We will provide no refunds for sponsor ads that have been published. You must have a PayPal account that is able to receive payments in order to receive a refund.
By submitting your images and text to ArtPromote you grant ArtPromote a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to resize, crop, or otherwise modify your images and/or text and publish them on our website.
By submitting an image or text you are confirming that it is your original work and that you are not violating any copyright laws. You may not submit an image or text that infringes the rights of a third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, rights of privacy and publicity, or is libelous, defamatory or slanderous, may offend any ethnic, racial, gender, religious group, or may be otherwise offensive.
We will choose the most relevant and most popular category for your ad based on your preference, your subscription level, the topic of your website, and the availability of your chosen category. The final placement of your ad will be determined by ArtPromote.
You may check the availability of your preferred category before you purchase a subscription by using the Contact Form. Checking availability does not guarantee ad placement.
Categories are sponsored on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the same time each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for sponsor ads that have been published. If you only want to sponsor a category for a certain period of time you will need to cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your PayPal account.
We may cancel your subscription if we are unable to collect payment.
We may cancel your subscription if your website no longer meets the Listing Conditions (above).
Subscription rates are subject to change. If your subscription is cancelled you may apply for a renewal, however, renewals will be billed at the current rates.
Subscriptions are approved on a first come first served basis. Once a category has a sponsor that category will be closed until the subscription is cancelled.
We will not link to any web sites that do not meet our Listing Conditions (above).
You may sponsor multiple categories.
Subscribing/Unsubscribing to our eZine/newsletter.
By subscribing to our eZine/newsletter, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Creating a Portfolio and Uploading Images
By applying for a Portfolio or uploading an image you are agreeing to the following terms:
Applying for a Portfolio or uploading an image does not guarantee that it will be included.
We will provide no refunds for Portfolios or images that have been published. You will be eligible for a full refund if your Portfolio or image is not published for any reason and you request a refund within 30 days.
By submitting your images and text to ArtPromote you grant ArtPromote the world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to resize, crop, or otherwise modify your images and text and publish them on our website. ArtPromote does not claim ownership rights in your images or text submitted by you to Artpromote.
By submitting an image or text you are confirming that it is your original work and that you are not violating any copyright laws. You may not submit an image or text that infringes the rights of a third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, rights of privacy and publicity, or is libelous, defamatory or slanderous, may offend any ethnic, racial, gender, religious group, or may be considered offensive.
This service is for individual artists only. Galleries are not accepted.
Statements, biographies, image descriptions and other text submitted for inclusion in your Portfolio must be original and not copied from some other website. We will not publish text that has already been published on the internet.
You understand that you are solely responsible for all images and text that you submit to ArtPromote. Although a copyright notice is included with your published images and text this in no way guarantees your rights. Your rights will not be protected or defended by ArtPromote and we cannot assume any liability resulting from your images or text being published on our site.
Please consider carefully before submitting any personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) to be published.
We will not link your Portfolio to any web sites that do not meet our Listing Conditions (above).

Submitting an Article
"Article" means any content submitted to ArtPromote to be published on our website (article, work, essay, report, term paper, short story, description or any other submission including articles written by the webmaster and other employees).
We reserve the right to reject any article for any reason. By submitting an article you are agreeing to the following terms:

By submitting an article you are giving us permission to publish it on our website. You are also confirming that this is your original work and that you are not violating any copyright laws. You may not submit an article that infringes the rights of a third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, rights of privacy and publicity, or is libelous, defamatory or slanderous, may offend any ethnic, racial, gender, religious group, or may be considered offensive.
If your article is published it will include the following notice. "Copyright, Your Name, printed with permission." You will keep all rights to your article. However, we retain the right to make spelling/grammatical corrections, remove offensive language and make any other edits or cuts.

Removing/Updating an Article, Image, Site, or Portfolio
We occasionally receive requests from people to remove or update their information. Although we encourage people to notify us of any changes, we do not agree to make all of the requested changes.
We may remove, move, edit or update any information including but not limited to Articles, Images, Sites, Links, or Portfolios at any time and for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you, any other user or any third party.

You may not reproduce, translate, distribute, imitate, or create derivative works from any copyrighted content found within ArtPromote without the express written consent of ArtPromote.
All content that is not owned by ArtPromote is used with permission. Artists and authors retain full ownership and copyrights to all images, or articles submitted to ArtPromote for inclusion anywhere on our website. You may not copy or republish these works without the express written consent of the copyright owner.

This agreement may be modified at any time without notice to you, at the sole discretion of ArtPromote.
